Our computer-aided manufacturing process allows us to produce your tool from heat-resistant hard plastic (prototype/small series tool) or cast aluminum resin or aluminum (series tool).
Deep Drawing
With our universal automatic machines, it is possible to deep-draw tools with a size of 180 mm x 220 mm up to 2940 mm x 1440 mm and a tool height of 770 mm.
We process all common thermoplastics as well as special materials with flame and/or UV protection in thicknesses of 0.1 mm to 10 mm.
If, for technical or economic reasons, your product is not ideally suited for vacuum thermoforming, we would be happy to assist you with the injection molding process in collaboration with our expert partners. We offer fast and professional service, from additively manufactured prototypes to aluminum molds for small production runs and traditional injection-molded production parts.
