Thermoforming is particularly well-suited for the production of complex molded parts, custom plastic trim, and high-quality plastic housing components. From the design of molded plastic parts through their production to post-processing, KVH Hartung supports the entire manufacturing process. Special processes, such as negative deep-drawing, also enable the cost-effective production of sophisticated components in small and medium-volume runs. With our universal automatic machines, it is possible to deep-draw tools with a size of 180 mm x 220 mm up to 2940 mm x 1440 mm and a tool height of 770 mm.

KVH processes all common thermoplastics such as ABS, ASA, PC, PE, PET, PMMA, PS, PP, PVC in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 10 mm.
It is also possible to equip certain materials with flame protection or to use combinations of materials to achieve UV protection or greater stability.
There are no limits to the color space; any material can be dyed according to your wishes.
